    Product was received after US Mail delays as ground shipped items wait at the San Fransisco Distribution Ctr until the container is full enough to ship to Hawaii. Appreciate that return option is extended due to delayed arrival. I would gladly pay more for a speedier delivery on most items. Maybe offer airmail options for Hawaii buyers?
