For Me I can live with it but wrote to them explaining that package is as important as the subject. I still consider this a fair deal and it was shipped very promptly. Hopefully this does not happen going forward.

The seller instantly replied and made it right by offering a partial refund or a full refund if I decided to return the engine. I opted to keep the engine and install my own decoder using the refunded money - great communication. A++ seller
