    Seller adviced me it was an error due to mixup.It just hit me hard when I opened awaited box to find a white not black hat. I overreacted due to exigent circumstances. This seller has good products, prices and service. Free shipping as well. I am sorry for being overly judgmental and critical. I repurchased hat and I now recommend without hesitation.

    The item was new as described and pictured. The shipping tube for the shaft was damaged (bent in the middle by about an inch) in shipment but the shaft was not harmed due to the packaging. The item was shipped and delivered very promptly.
