    He shipped it very secure and the packing kept the laptop safe. It came just like he said, I was honestly expecting it to look worse but it looks barely used, better than expected. I was able to get this laptop for more than half off what a new price would be on Amazon, and can't even tell this is secondhand. Great service too to help me after the delivery in updating drivers, etc.
