    The Jellycat plush I bought was super cute! 🥰 Before purchasing, I asked the seller to show me the plush’s face, and they kindly sent me photos. It arrived a bit later than the estimated delivery date to Japan, but that’s okay. It was compressed for shipping, but it also came with an official Jellycat bag, which made me really happy. Thank you so much!

    This is not an authentic item. Although it comes with dust bag and seller’s tag, it’s a fake item. It’s much heavier than the original toy, rope of the tag was weird, and the way to tie was not normal, fonts on tag were not right and the c inside the circle (trade mark) was in different font, it doesn’t worth any money at all, however I bought 2 from this seller. I WOULD LIKE TO REPORT THIS AND ASK FOR REFUND AND COMPENSATION !!!!!

    We no longer deal with HK trouble buyers who purchase to leave negs. All of our troubled buyers are from HK, we are not sure what's your intention and repeatedly purchase same items then leave negs. This action will be reported, all HK buyers will be banned for purchase in bad intension. We have so many bad experiences from these HK users with similar addresses and same behaviour in the same pattern, I don't know if you are also a seller but no more, all HK orders will be cancelled and banned.
