The seller told me it was a courier issue, which led to me wasting time chasing Evri for over a week—only to later find the item had actually already been sold on Vinted to someone else. I did get a refund, but the lack of honesty was frustrating. Would have preferred the seller to just be upfront rather than mislead, deflect blame and waste my time.
