A piece of the original packaging that keeps the ACE PRO Filament manager from damaging the build plate was missing, and a z rod was bent, but those were not super surprising in a for parts, auction listing, and the seller likely didn't have them from whatever return market they are sourced from. I had no issues with the seller, and will likely purchase from them again.
