No dents, knicks, or marks, and the sound when you pressed the button on it, it was perfect! Buying this ornament from here was a lot cheaper. Couldn’t be happier with what I got! This is a fragile item which could have easily been damaged during shipping but was so carefully packaged & wrapped, including being tied down inside the carton to keep it secured & unable to move, that it arrived without incident. I have bought many items similar to this in the past & some have arrived completely destroyed & virtually worthless. This has been one of my best experiences in regards to packing a fragile item.
