There were 2 pendants and both were damaged. Don't use this seller. Seller is very cooperative "before" purchase; but doesn't return emails "after" purchase has arrived damaged. Had to take my time, after sending seller 2 emails with pictures of damage, to go through EBAY - that takes a lot of buyer time going through the menu and talking to Assistant. I offered to ship them together & refund the shipping on one. I never received a reply. The refund request was the ONLY time I was notified of damage. I reached out for photos for verification. One pendant appeared to have been struck with force, and the other was slightly off center. When photos were finally provided, I immediately issued a full refund.
