    The item that I received was as it is pictured in the seller's ebay posting, it was in its original packaging in like new condition. The item arrived within the time frame stated at the time of purchase. I had to return the item and my request to do so was immediate and hassle free and I like that. I was provided with a no hassle return label that the post office was able to easily access and print, I like that too. All in all the experience was pleasant and I really like that.

    The item came quickly. It was in a sealed package but it had some factory defects. I emailed the seller with pictures and they emailed me back within 10 to 20 minutes with a solution that I was happy with. I will do business with this company again if I need something they have.

    Shipping was fast. I received the wrong item that was pictured. I contacted the seller and had great communication with them and they gave me a return label. Refund was fast and received. I would have no problem dealing with them in the future if needed.
