Otherwise it would have been a great value. However this seller has always sold stellar merchandise with excellent customer service. I have bought from her before and will continue to do so. She is reliable, she is relatable, communicative and consistent.

It was packaged with care and nicely wrapped then put in a Ziploc bag inside the shipping bag. Shipping was prompt and arrived earlier than expected. All the pieces were there. As mentioned in the listing, the snap at the neckline of the bodysuit wasn't sewn on, but both pieces were together, so all I had to do was sew it back on. The price was right even though I did a little sewing to make it perfect. The seller did a great job. :)

But I received the doll after 13 days , I called my Post Master and he traced it and got a visual on the box , he said the doll had gotten into the wrong bin .The doll kept going to Dallas, Texas, then to Wv and then to Dallas , Texas. i got the doll today , severly damaged , because of lack of packing , inside the doll box and in between doll box and outside box. Doll was tied into the box at neck, waist & feet. Issued a full refund to the buyer and will be making the USPS claim myself. I acknowledge this entire experience was a disappointment and I will certainly add even more secure padding to future shipments. I'm continually surprised by how poorly things can go with USPS.
