Ordered it Monday around lunch and it was at my house the next day around 2:00 I believe. The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing. Had small problem at start up, customer service responded quickly and resolved issue quickly. Simply a nut which likely loosened in transit, resolved with 1/8 of a turn with a wrench.
