I'm leaving a review because the vendor was absolutely wonderful. They got back to me right away when I messaged them and drove to the post office to ask in person what went wrong. When the post office was unable to give any definitive information, the vendor voluntarily gave me a full refund. The vendor was also very kind in the messages that they sent.
