The seller did have great communication and let me know about the problem, but they kept me informed until delivery. (Thanks) The item was packaged good, and was in very good shape. The packaging was beat up and dented, but that was probably the fault of the USPS carrier and not the seller. The umbrella does look as described. It opens properly, I don’t see any tears, and it seems very similar if not the same as my original umbrella that I recently lost. For the condition and my overall experience, I’d say the value was worth it.
