    Item as described, good price, free shipping. I rated delivery as a Five Star even though the USPS took NINE days to move the package 77 miles! Total USPS incompetence! However, the reason for the Five Star rating was the tremendous attention and follow-up from M & M Tools. Andy's customer service and attention to the delivery issue was superb!
