Unless it's beyond there control like a lunatic postal worker gone postal. There not greedy, the price is fair! An honest eBay seller Great because there's so many dishonest ones. Items exceeded description and expectations - the very minor damage was shown in the pictures clearly and much less obvious in person. Items were also very securely packed and arrived lightening fast - even during the holiday rush.
