After combative and unhelpful direct correspondence, and ignoring my return requests, E-bay stepped in unprompted and approved the return. I would not do business with this seller again. Seller demonstrated a warped sense of integrity - like it's a game of "it's not my fault you can't read, so I win!". We were unable to have a conversation with the buyer as they stopped responding after the third message. We escalated the claim to eBay who directed the buyer to return the item and we issued a refund after it was returned.
