I emailed the seller who by the way made multiple offers to correct/amend the order. He was very compassionate and understanding. We arrived at a mutual decision. He is an A++/ Great Seller, I would be comfortable doing business with in the future.

They had packed the item extremely well but. Nonetheless the outer box was damaged and so was the item. The seller was contacted immediately and with in an hour had refunded the purchase price including shipping. Very outstanding customer service! Prompt response.
