    When I first received the item, the shipping company had shattered the hatch. I reached out to the seller and let him know. Lucky for me, the seller called me and had amazing communication with me from start to finish. He told me that they would ship another hatch to me, no strings attached, and that he was sorry about the situation. New package finally got here with extra packaging and hatch is in great shape, and exactly as described. Great value and customer service. 10/10 would recommend.

    The Part was correct and the part arrived as described. The Part was actually packaged and left the vendor within hours of order. Would buy from this vendor again. If you need the part within 10 days - ask for some type of shipping upgrade. They evidently used the pony express. I know the vendor can’t help what a shipper does or how quick they move / however a vendor can select a shipping method that doesn’t take 3 weeks to get a part to you.
