Most everything I read and info that was provided to me talked of a 10-15% customs fee/tariff. Ended up being over 30% adding over $1000 to the cost. You don’t get to know this cost until it’s already shipped to you. I got an email the day before delivery stating I’d have to pay $1,167 in order to get my package - no billing info or cost breakdown provided. Just keep that in mind if ordering from the states.

They sent me tracking updates through eBay messages all throughout the shipping process. I paid the customs to UPS the moment I saw the message from them and the package arrived smoothly and with no issues! Super secure packaging as well! One caveat: they shipped using UPS when the listing said FedEx. Everything else, including the Ultegra Di2 groupset and overall condition, matched the listing accurately. Shipping cost is reasonable. The shipping time was impressively fast. The packaging was exceptional, very secure and well-protected. I’m satisfied with the purchase despite the frame year discrepancy. Good listed value, beware of high duties/taxes(US buyer). I’d recommend this seller.

Communication with the seller was excellent throughout. The only issue was that the parcel was held in UK customs for nearly a month due to a missing commodity code, which delayed delivery. It would also have been helpful if the listing had mentioned the 20% import VAT, although I appreciate that’s ultimately my responsibility to check.
