However, I ordered the wrong size, so I contacted the seller, thinking I would have to jump through many hoops to get this sorted, but I was so wrong. Janet was amazing, not only did she make the whole process of returning the dress easy, she also sent the new one without charging me any additional postage, or the difference in price between the two dresses.
