This seems to be quite a large seller; I'm surprised I haven't encountered them before. In any event I am sure you can have complete confidence in them as, unlike many others, they seem to have fully grasped the meaning of the phrase "customer service"!

The book was exactly as described, with only minor wear to the dust jacket and the pages in very good condition given its age. The seller communicated promptly throughout the process and the book arrived quickly and extremely well packaged. While I appreciate the fast shipping, the cardboard packaging inside package, had ridges inside that made imprints/marks into the pages of the book. I seen other sellers use bubble wrap or even plastic wrap to ensure this didn't happen, so I hope the seller can change it or find some better form of protection for shipping books. Since this is a hard-to-find book, I won't ask for a refund or anything. A good find, and a good seller nonetheless.Juvenal in English by Juvenal, Martin M.
