This is a new on DAMAGED card Super Posable Spider-Man from 2001 made to coincide with the Sam Raimi film. This is the "Japanese" release meaning they placed a black sticker on the left side of the bubble I have included a close-up of with translation. This may be fairly rare, and the sticker on the side has a unique UPC different than the one on the back of the card. I found that odd because they usually cover up the American UPC with this type of release where they use the same packaging. The bubble is cracked in places, and coming off at the bottom from the card. The card is bent up.
