I immediately messaged the seller and IMMEDIATELY was refunded for the item AND all other costs incurred from that item. I would DEFINITELY purchase again from them!

The rooster was heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and packing paper and placed in a box within a box. The shipping was very fast. The seller went out of their way to ship it FedEx. My local post office can't be trusted. Their communication was great, they kept me informed about the status of my packages. I can't thank them enough.
