It was in GREAT condition, in fact better than described, packaged carefully and shipped promptly . The seller was extremely responsive and apologetic at the oversight and issued a refund within minutes, which was a very honest and kind gesture! A very positive experience and I would not hesitate to come back due to the wonderful customer service!

Unfortunately, the disc that arrived was a standard CD, not the SACD that was advertised. I contacted the seller who responded immediately with a full refund. Items were all sent as pictured, which means NO CD back cover inserts were included. It was the CD and CD insert book for each. I wouldn't have called them VG since they all have heavy scuffing and scratches. But they all played fine so we'll call it good. Seller refunded shipping overcharge as expected.
