The unit worked great as described but was out of date and didn't have a valid product key.. I was able to download the current version and obtain a valid product key online at a discount. The seller was very responsive and patient as I got the unit functioning. The seller offered a partial refund to help offset the product key cost. No bloatware came in this system. so far working great.
