Seller was responsive to problem and an equally minor refund was granted. Shipping: transparent & efficient, therefore positive. Packaging: risky - Bubblewrap for a book like this seems not enough for me, but luckily, no further damage occured. Value: to complete a (Eugene Burger) collection, one has to pay --will buy again--

      Good purchase. Since it came from overseas, I have a hard time giving negative reviews on shipping costs and time as it was cheaper than flying over and didn't have to wait in line at the airport. Packaged well and item was as described.
