    MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SELLER WAS POSITIVE. i AM VERY ANGRY WITH eBAY'S GLOBALSHIPPING PROGRAM. THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN 2 MONTHS THAT THIS PROGRAM HAS STOPPED THE SHIPPING PROCESS BECAUSE THEY DEEMED THE PACKAGE WITH A RARE CRASH HELMET "RESTRICTED".
