Used. Works great for video transfer. only thing that doesn't work is the side screen. It lights up but you can't see anything. Connects great for video transfer, records, etc. Can watch on the TV. Battery is not included, but has the ac adapter so is plugged in and don't have to worry about the battery running out. Video transfer dream. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
