Packaged fairly well, posted the following day & arrived quickly, without any obvious damage. Also fast, friendly, helpful & patient communication to assure me that the book would be well packed. I didn't notice that the postal details said 'flat rate envelope shipping' - which I don't think shows respect for the book - but the seller did their best within the parameters, & the item arrived without any hassles.
