The diligent seller kept chasing it down, and finally insisted that they issue a new tracking number. It just arrived in perfect shape as described. The box took a beating, but because of the extra effort put into the packing, the platter is in beautiful shape!! Great value from this seller too. Would definitely buy again!!! Great job!
