It was put in my mailbox so it was fine. And I received it as said by the date listed. The item was used as stated, but I’m a mother, so any quick fix needed was worked out and made like brand new! My son was very happy to receive the plush so that was the cherry on top of this experience. I appreciate your business. Thank you so much for making it a breeze!
