On this occasion, after a delay of several days, the item was delivered, apparently exactly as described. In the meantime, on being told of their error the seller had without being asked immediately refunded my money by way of an apology and told me to keep the item free of charge if it arrived. Seller also assisted with a special request to help minimise the risk of damage in transit, which was much appreciated. They made an extra effort here with their excellent protective packaging, using a cardboard box, air pillows, along with separate cardboard and bubble wrap. Seller doesn't reply to messages sent, as I did ask about size of shoes. Gave them to my daughter who they do fit. Price was ok. Postage was OK. Packaging very good. Not as described.
