They were prompt and moved to immediately rectify the issue, cancelling the payment and found where my item went by mistake. They arranged for it to be returned to them and then shipped out to me. It arrived shortly thereafter, as described, in great packaging. Great Value. It was an honest mistake and they were so polite and quick with finding a solution!

Seller was very honorable and went overboard to refund me for a minor oversight from the original listing (a torn page in a rare book). I let them know about it and they responded with a 100% refund which was far and above what I expected. This bookseller is amazing and I highly recommend buying from them. Fast, efficient delivery, book was very well packaged and the price was very respectable. Excellent Seller!!
