    The parcel arrived and it was not packaged properly, it was just stuffed in a shopping bag and wrapped in tape. The hoodie smelled awful like it had been in a damp attic or basement and then after washing it, the smell persists and the picture on the front of the hoodie has started coming off like dust. I don’t care about a refund as the hoodie was so cheap after being reduced but this was not good at all and I would not recommend buying from this seller if this is how items arrive.

As for the smell and the print issue, I was genuinely surprised, as the hoodie was stored properly, and the condition of the print was clearly shown in the photos and reflected in the heavily discounted price of £30 for a Balenciaga hoodie. Still, I appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
