Then was told to return it & pay for shipping on a broken item for which I supplied a photo of the crack. Zero reason to absorb the cost of shipping it back. Still awaiting a refund with no final response back. Seller didn’t pack properly & it cracked in shipping disappointed!

The item has 3 main components, a base, adjustable pole and mirror that mounts on pole. NO pole was included. There is a huge place in the middle of the boxes interior foam packaging for the missing pole. What really makes this worse is the seller had the gaul to offer me a $19.99 refund on a $47 dollar return that is completely unusable!
