There was a shipping kerfuffle due to weather, and absolutely of no fault of the seller. But they helped navigate and get tracking, and kept me regularly informed. I was excited about the item - hard to find and a good price - so was really glad for the extra help. Their packaging was great, and it made it through the storm lol, and the item was even better than described. Excellent quality item, bigger than i like, but as expected per the description. Color match was spot on in the photos, so that was a trade off for the size. And the smaller width/tuck top design helps a lot, which was not obvious to me in the photos :-) Very happy with purchase & Seller's great service. Would buy from again.
