He agreed to cancel the sale even though his posting clearly says no returns. I appreciate his follow up, confirmation and flexibility. I would gladly deal with him again.

Notified the seller that I wanted the right item or for them to pay return shipping for a full refund since the pictures they posted donβt match. After admitting fault, claiming theyβve made plenty of sales, and me repeatedly asking who would pay for shipping they offered me $10. So Iβm out $30bucks and I have a terrible plastic keyboard when I ordered an aluminum one. They donβt care about the customer.
