I had an issue in that I was going out of the country on a cruise in a few days. The seller went above and beyond to accommodate my issue by expediting shipping and upgrading delivery to insure that I received the watch before I left. The seller is in California. I live in Florida and I got the watch in 2 days. Truely exceptional service, quality and value. I am more than grateful.
