It's not the sellers fault, and I did get to a refund. Packaging was ok considering. Part condition was not as pictured and caked in mud. Be careful if you need for emergency repairs and unable to work without them. I mostly blame ebay, and my mechanic, but honestly the part was mis pictured and rough condition too.
