    If I ever receive poor service I report it. But when I receive very good service, I also make a point of reporting it. Today I received not only good service but exceptional, on a level that I have not seen in a long time. I order 2 items, hard drives. I expect to wait 2-3 days. But no, the products arrive the very next day. Then comes surprise 2. Not only are they packaged well but exceptionally so.
