I do not think this is related to the packing job, but on the shipping company. The seller still quickly responded and offered to make it right. Would buy from this seller again.

Unfortunately, FedEx caused significant damage to part of the structure of the printer even though the seller had it fully bubble-wrapped. The printer seems to still work okay and the Seller is working to get a partial refund from FedEx. Seller has been very proactive in dealing with the damage issue, even though its wasn't Seller's fault. Good communications. Highly recommend this seller.
