Fortunately, I know how to restore these pens and did so, avoiding a costly repair by a professional. That having been said, the shipper took excellent care in in shipping, it’s just very hard to ship older mounts while in flight. The slightest jostle can result in a snap. After restoration efforts it actually looks pretty great! Would have no problem buying again from this seller! Communication was great, item was as described, and the packaging was done with care. Great seller!
