I reached out to them 4 times throughout those months and they ever replied. When they finally did reach out, it was through personal texts, not eBay. They offered me a replacement book, offered tracking for it, but then ghosted me again, and that book also never arrived. I've never experienced such terrible customer service in my life.

Deliver dates are not accurate. I’m waiting on three more books that should have arrived by now and have yet to see any shipping or confirmation. I would highly recommend staying away from this store until they get their logistics. Very disappointed with their lack of communication.
