The item arrived appropriately packaged with multiple layers of cardboard and bubble wrap, but the glass was shattered in shipping, which scratched the print in multiple places. The seller was easy to communicate with, apologetic, and promptly issued a full refund. While the damage did not appear to be the seller’s fault, if I were to order again, I’d ask for the glass to be removed prior to shipping. Their shipping was Super Fast and notified me on ever phase needed to insure delivery of my purchase. When I combined purchases they made allowances to reduce cost. I will definitely do business with George’s Toy Chest in the future.
