But I could say the product delivery service was expensive to get to Finland, I wish there will be other post service delivery which is cheaper to deliver to Finland! Then silence from their end. when I reapproached them, I was offered £3, which felt dismissive given the item was £35 and meant to be a gift. If this was for personal use, I might’ve overlooked it but as a present, it wasnt worth it. poor accountabity & poor customer service
