I requested the transaction be canceled and he rejected the cancellation without any reasoning. Item still hasn’t shipped after 10 days and I finally had to get EBay involved to try and get my refund. Hopefully his account is shutdown as it seems like other buyers have had the same issue with this “seller”. Total and complete charlatan.
