The sellers answered all the questions very quickly, vey clearly, and completely, even though one of the questions was about the value of the item itself. Second, the item was even more beautiful than described and shown in the photos/video. The stone is superb. Third, the packaging was carefully done. Finally, the shipping was very fast.
