Had to open a claim to get partial refund resolution. Definitely ask questions before buying and ask for specifics on packaging and shipping. I had asked for very specific packing of the item - using very sturdy cardboard, but very thin sheets were used and the photo was significantly damaged more than it already was. Apologized for the buyers inconvenience, but that & all else apparently that was not good enough as buyer has now posted long rambling feedback.Suggest everyone review our feedback from ALL similar items, photographs, posters, pamphlets, paper, books.
