    The disc player arrived and there was a problem. It was obvious the seller had taken care in packing it for shipment. I contacted the seller. He immediately replied offering to rectify the issue of a defective item. The seller offered a full refund. I offered to split the difference. The seller stood behind his merchandise. The full purchase price was refunded before I could reply to his offer. The seller operates in good faith. I would buy from him again without hesitation.

    My items arrived poorly packed which led to the boxes being damaged. In addition, the boxes themselves were very dirty and gritty not "new" as described in the listing. The shipping took a very long time with subsequent orders from similar locations arriving well before this was delivered. Seller did respond graciously, however they have since stopped and have made no attempts to rectify the situation. I will not be buying from this seller again.
